Zuzana Mlynková

Zuzana Mlynková completed her law studies in 2020 and subsequently commenced her career in Bartosik Svaby.

Zuzana specializes primarily in real estate law, where she has gained significant experience in the administration of shopping centers. Her expertise includes handling tenant relations, such as drafting lease agreements, participating in negotiations, and managing other matters related to the center’s operations, including relationships with service providers. In addition to real estate law, Zuzana focuses on corporate law, litigation, and civil and commercial matters.

Furthermore, Zuzana plays an active role in M&A transactions, particularly during the due diligence phase, as well as throughout the entire transaction process, from signing to closing.

Zuzana is fluent in both Slovak, and English.
