Lucia Krištoffová

Lucia Krištoffová completed her law studies in 2014. She joined the law firm Bartosik Svaby in 2018 as a junior associate, where she gained extensive experience in commercial and civil law. Since 2021, after successfully passing the Slovak bar exam, she has been working as a senior associate, specializing primarily in banking &finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate transactions, including corporate matters.

Her primary area of specialization is banking & finance, where she provides comprehensive legal advice to developers as well as investors. Lucia has been involved in and led significant financings across various sectors, with a particular focus on real estate development and acquisition financing. She has developed strong expertise in the entire financing process, from negotiating and structuring loan terms, drafting loan and security documentation, to fulfilling conditions precedent and subsequent obligations.

In the M&A sector, she provides clients with comprehensive legal advisory services, including due diligence processes, negotiation of transaction terms, preparation of acquisition documentation, and structuring of transactions. Lucia has handled and assisted with complex cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and cooperation with international legal teams.

Lucia is fluent in Slovak and English.
