Eva Pravdiková Bučková

Eva Pravdíková Bučková has been practicing law since 2004, providing legal services to Slovak and English-speaking clients in corporate, commercial, and civil matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, disputes and litigation, employment law, register of public sector partners, or electricity matters. She has been associated with Bartošík Šváby as an attorney since 2016.

Eva has extensive expertise in establishing of companies, changes of ownership structures, and the termination of companies through liquidation, bankruptcy, or restructuring procedures for clients from various sectors. She has successfully represented clients in debt recovery cases and settlements including execution procedures.

In real estate matters, she handles transfers and settlement of co-ownership and joint ownership properties, as well as matters related to management of residential buildings. In employment law, she addresses corporate matters, including collective redundancies, cross-border movement of employees, and related legal disputes.

Eva also provides day-to-day legal advisory services to corporate clients, including Slovak subsidiaries of foreign companies, as well as to individuals, covering family law matters as well.
