Peter Bartošík, practicing law since 2000, co-founded Bartošík Šváby alongside Boris Šváby in 2005. He brings a wealth of expertise in corporate and commercial law, M&As, greenfield projects, and competition law. As the head of our real estate department, Peter dedicates the majority of his practice to serving the needs of real estate clients, showcasing a profound understanding of complex real estate transactions.
Peter's clientele includes the largest Slovak real estate developers and investors, specializing in office and retail projects. Serving as the legal advisor, Peter played a pivotal role in the development, operation, and sale of the landmark Project Central.
