Igor Šváby

Igor Šváby has been practicing law since 2005 and joined Bartošík Šváby in 2007. Since then, he has primarily advised clients on real estate, M&A, various forms of capital investment and business cooperation, intellectual property rights, competition, labor law, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

His clientele comprises companies owning and managing shopping centers and administrative buildings, investment funds, motor vehicle distributors, software developers, providers of software solutions for transport and logistics, air charter companies, and employment agencies.

Additionally, Igor boasts considerable proficiency in structuring transactions for business partnerships, including standard joint ventures, startup equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Igor’s guidance in transactions spans a spectrum of legal domains and transactional facets.
